Automatic rewinder type VKW

Technical description

The foil rewinder type VKW 300 and 500 unwinds automatically small household rolls from a master reel. The main item of this machine is the turret system with 4 positions. In cycles, the turret takes empty paper cores, which are then rewound with film/foil and at least the finished roll is taken off. On request, the roll may be provided with a label.

The foil is put on to the core either by vacuum or by glue.This rewinding machine is provided with a Siemens PLC which guarantees a detailed operational monitoring. The winding speed can be continuously adjusted, the measurement of winding length is done electronical.
